Gotta hand it to Under Armour. They know how to get Charm City excited. Even if their primary goal is to sell $40 t-shirts this billboard could make me buy almost anything. Love that Manny is getting some love. He's the face of the franchise for the next decade hopefully. If you drive on 95 you'll see this billboard where the Ray Lewis one used to be.
