Phil is the Editor-In-Chief of IHJJR. He started I Hate JJ Redick in January 2010 during a blizzard after he ran out of beer. Phil was raised in Pasadena, MD and is a diehard Baltimore Sports fan. Besides Baltimore sports he enjoys SEC football, craft beer, Hot Fries, and losing money at Roulette. Phil is a graduate or the University of South Carolina and formerly worked for the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins. 
Pierzy is a graduate of La Salle University and Temple University's Fox School of Business. He writes a weekly NBA column during the season, as well as columns revolving around other sports, hip-hop, movies, TV shows, food, beer, marriage, (impending) fatherhood, and many other topics. He is a Philadelphia sports fan, Phillies partial season ticket holder, and believes The Godfather Part II is the greatest film of all time. 
Adi contributes regular columns on the world of Pro-Wrestling, Tech, Video Games, and Movies. He's a man of many words. Just not right now.
Michelle writes sports related blogs when the mood hits her, which isn't often. It usually occurs when she's pissed at the Ravens offensive play calling or someone hated on Joe Flacco. Aside from her Ravens & Orioles fandom she roots for the Boston Celtics but we love her anyway.
Stephanie spends her time loving the Orioles and Ravens and fighting a bad case of road rage. Her big brain and mouth ensure she will beat you in Words With Friends and Guinness chugs.
Jenn is a born and bred Baltimorean, Maryland alum (although, currently a Hoya) and unapologetic sports fan. She will openly hate on your team if it's not one of hers, especially if your team resides in Pittsburgh, New York, Philly or Raleigh-Durham. Jenn is a lover of all sports (even golf and tennis), but especially loves hockey, Capitals hockey, in particular.
Rob grew up in the rural eastern shore of Maryland with an infectious love of sports and the outdoors. The love for the restaurant business (and a good woman) brought him to Baltimore to pursue a career in the culinary field. An avid golfer, Orioles and Redskins fan, Rob spends his free time on the links and in the Eutaw Street bleachers at Camden Yards. "Beyond the Burger", featuring his unique tailgating recipes, can be found on IHJJR throughout football season. 
Reva writes a weekly column on topics ranging from dating to sports to bitching about dating while trying to watch sports. She still believes the phantom pass interference call in the 2003 Fiesta Bowl lead to the downfall of the Miami Hurricanes.
Meghan, a SoBo Native, is a proud member of the Orioles Faithful. She loves New Jersey-based reality television, her daughter, and a good Bloody Mary. She hates the Yankees, Steelers, and girls who wear pink jerseys.
Will blogs about all things college football for IHJJR. He is also frequently found on Twitter, with thoughts covering most all sports, pop culture and totally random trivia.
